Welcome to CrezyKey.
General
These terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) apply to the CrezyKey online store and to all of its departments, branches, and affiliated websites that refer to these Terms & Conditions as a reference.
By visiting the site, the customer acknowledges acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the website. CrezyKey reserves the right to change, modify, or remove parts of these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Payment Methods
- Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include cards and approved digital payment services.
- Payments are processed through approved payment providers. CrezyKey does not store payment card details.
- An order is confirmed after the payment transaction is successfully completed or approved.
- We may cancel an order if payment is rejected, fails, is reversed, or cannot be verified.
Digital Delivery
All products are digital and are delivered electronically. Delivery time may vary according to the product type, and some orders may require manual review. Activation may require additional steps depending on the product.
Licenses & Software Use
Use of software is subject to the terms of its owner or publisher. Purchasing a key does not transfer ownership of the software. The customer is responsible for complying with the applicable license terms, and all trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Order Cancellation & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled before digital delivery where possible. After a digital product has been delivered, cancellation or a refund may not be available in accordance with the store policy. Please review our Return & Refunds Policy for full details.
Use of the Site
- You must be at least 18 years old to visit the site, or do so under supervision.
- Some services may require registration. If you register, you agree to provide accurate and updated information.
- If you choose to receive promotional emails, you can cancel or unsubscribe from this option later.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. CrezyKey may suspend or restrict an account where misuse, fraud, or a breach of these Terms is identified.
User Contributions
All your contributions, including questions, comments, and suggestions, become the sole property of CrezyKey. You also grant us the right to use the name you display with such content. You must not use a false email address or impersonate others. We reserve the right to delete or edit contributions as needed.
Orders & Prices
We strive to provide the most accurate pricing information. If a product price is listed incorrectly, we may cancel the order or contact you with updated instructions. We reserve the right to cancel confirmed or unconfirmed orders.
Limitation of Liability
CrezyKey is not responsible for misuse of products, issues caused by the customer’s devices or software environment, or interruptions to third-party services. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
Trademarks & Copyright
All intellectual property rights, registered or unregistered, in the site and all of its content are the property of CrezyKey or their respective owners. All content is protected by applicable copyright laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and international agreements. All rights reserved.
Updates to These Terms
CrezyKey may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect from the date they are published on this page. Continued use of the website after publication means acceptance of the updated Terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom (for UK operations under CREZY KEY COMPUTER SERVICES LTD) and the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the competent authorities and courts of the United Kingdom or the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

تنطبق هذه الشروط والأحكام على متجر CrezyKey الإلكتروني، وجميع أقسامه وفروعه والمواقع التابعة له التي تشير إلى هذه الشروط كمرجع.
بمجرد زيارة الموقع فأنت تقر بقبولك لهذه الشروط. إذا لم توافق، يجب عليك التوقف عن استخدام الموقع. يحتفظ CrezyKey بحق تغيير أو تعديل أو حذف أي جزء من هذه الشروط في أي وقت.
الدفع وطرق السداد
- تظهر وسائل الدفع المقبولة عند إتمام الطلب، وقد تشمل البطاقات وخدمات الدفع الرقمية المعتمدة.
- تتم معالجة المدفوعات عبر مزودي دفع معتمدين، ولا يقوم CrezyKey بتخزين بيانات البطاقات البنكية.
- يعتبر الطلب مؤكدًا بعد نجاح عملية الدفع أو اعتمادها.
- قد يتم إلغاء الطلب في حال رفض أو فشل أو عكس عملية الدفع أو تعذّر التحقق منها.
التسليم الرقمي
جميع المنتجات رقمية ويتم تسليمها إلكترونيًا. وقد تختلف مدة التسليم حسب نوع المنتج، كما قد تحتاج بعض الطلبات إلى مراجعة يدوية. وقد يتطلب التفعيل خطوات إضافية بحسب المنتج.
التراخيص واستخدام البرامج
يخضع استخدام البرامج لشروط الجهة المالكة أو الناشرة لها. شراء المفتاح لا ينقل ملكية البرنامج، والعميل مسؤول عن الالتزام بشروط الترخيص المعمول بها. جميع العلامات التجارية مملوكة لأصحابها.
إلغاء الطلبات والاسترداد
يمكن إلغاء الطلبات قبل التسليم الرقمي متى كان ذلك ممكنًا. بعد تسليم المنتج الرقمي، قد لا يكون الإلغاء أو الاسترداد متاحًا وفق سياسة المتجر. يرجى مراجعة سياسة الاسترجاع والاسترداد للتفاصيل الكاملة.
استخدام الموقع
- لزيارة الموقع يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عامًا على الأقل، أو تتم الزيارة تحت إشراف ولي.
- بعض الخدمات قد تتطلب تسجيلًا، وبالتسجيل تُقر بأن جميع بياناتك دقيقة ومحدثة.
- عند اختيارك تلقي رسائل ترويجية بالبريد الإلكتروني، يمكنك لاحقًا إلغاء هذا الخيار أو إلغاء الاشتراك.
الحسابات
العميل مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول إلى حسابه وعن أي نشاط يتم من خلاله. يرجى إبلاغنا فورًا عند الاشتباه في أي استخدام غير مصرح به. يحق لـ CrezyKey تعليق الحساب أو تقييده عند وجود إساءة استخدام أو احتيال أو مخالفة لهذه الشروط.
مشاركات المستخدم
جميع مشاركاتك، بما فيها الأسئلة والتعليقات والاقتراحات، تصبح ملكية حصرية لـ CrezyKey. كما تمنحنا الحق في استخدام الاسم الذي تعرضه مع هذه المشاركات. يحظر استخدام بريد مزيف أو انتحال شخصية الآخرين، ويحق لنا حذف أو تعديل أي مشاركة عند الحاجة.
الطلبات والأسعار
نسعى لتقديم معلومات دقيقة بخصوص الأسعار. في حال كان السعر غير صحيح، قد نقوم بإلغاء الطلب أو التواصل معك لتحديثه. نحتفظ بالحق في إلغاء الطلبات سواء تم تأكيدها أم لا.
حدود المسؤولية
لا يتحمل CrezyKey مسؤولية سوء استخدام المنتجات أو المشكلات الناتجة عن أجهزة العميل أو بيئة برامجه أو انقطاع خدمات الأطراف الثالثة. وفي الحدود التي يسمح بها النظام، تقتصر مسؤوليتنا على المبلغ المدفوع عن الطلب المعني.
العلامات التجارية وحقوق النشر
جميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية، المسجلة أو غير المسجلة، في الموقع وكل محتوياته هي ملك لـ CrezyKey أو لأصحابها. جميع المحتويات محمية بموجب قوانين حقوق النشر المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية والاتفاقيات الدولية. جميع الحقوق محفوظة.
تحديث الشروط
يحق لـ CrezyKey تعديل هذه الشروط والأحكام من وقت لآخر، ويسري التعديل من تاريخ نشره في هذه الصفحة. استمرار استخدام الموقع بعد النشر يعني قبول الشروط المحدّثة.
النظام المطبق
تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام وتُفسّر بموجب قوانين المملكة المتحدة (فيما يتعلق بعمليات بريطانيا لشركة CREZY KEY COMPUTER SERVICES LTD) وأنظمة ولوائح المملكة العربية السعودية. ويخضع أي نزاع ينشأ عن هذه الشروط للجهات والجهات القضائية المختصة في المملكة المتحدة أو المملكة العربية السعودية.
