يتم تشغيل متجر كريزي كي – CrezyKey وإدارته بواسطة شركة CREZY KEY COMPUTER SERVICES LTD (شركة مسجلة في إنجلترا وويلز، رقم السجل البريطاني: 15309052) ومقرها المسجل في لندن: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom .
🛒 طبيعة المنتجات الرقمية
نختص في بيع البرمجيات والتراخيص والمفاتيح الرقمية، بما في ذلك أنظمة Windows وحزم Office وبرامج الحماية والأمن السيبراني والتطبيقات الرقمية. وتعمل CrezyKey كمتجر رقمي مستقل لإعادة بيع التراخيص وفق شروط الناشرين المعتمدة.
⚖️ الأنظمة والحقوق القانونية
تخضع معاملات المتجر وشروط الاستخدام للأنظمة واللوائح المطبقة على المعاملة والحقوق القانونية الإلزامية للعميل، دون المساس بأي حقوق لا يجوز استبعادها أو تقييدها بموجب القانون.
الطلبات وتكوين العقد التجاري
إتمام الطلب وتأكيد الشراء
عند تأكيد العميل للطلب وسداد قيمته، يتم تسجيل الطلب لدى المتجر. تتم معالجة الطلب بعد نجاح عملية الدفع وتأكيد الطلب وفق إجراءات المتجر.
حق مراجعة أو إلغاء الطلب
يحتفظ المتجر بحق إلغاء أو تعليق أي طلب لأسباب مشروعة، مثل عدم توفر المنتج أو تعذر التحقق من الدفع أو وجود مؤشرات على استخدام غير مصرح به لوسيلة الدفع. وفي حال الإلغاء قبل التسليم، يتم التعامل مع المبلغ وفق وسيلة الدفع والسياسة المعمول بها.
صحة ودقة البيانات
يلتزم العميل بإدخال بيانات صحيحة ومحدثة، وخاصة عنوان البريد الإلكتروني ورقم الهاتف لضمان إمكانية التواصل وتسليم المنتج الرقمي.
الأهلية القانونية واستخدام وسائل الدفع
يقر المشتري بتمتعه بالأهلية القانونية اللازمة للشراء، وأنه مخول باستخدام وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة في المعاملة.
مواصفات المنتجات والتسليم الرقمي
💻 مواصفات التراخيص
توضح صفحة كل منتج تفاصيل الترخيص، بما في ذلك نوع النسخة، طريقة التفعيل، التوافق، المتطلبات التقنية، ومدة الصلاحية عند انطباقها.
📧 التسليم الرقمي
كافة المنتجات رقمية ويتم تسليمها إلكترونيًا عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو تفاصيل الطلب، دون شحن مادي. يتم تسليم معظم المنتجات إلكترونيًا بعد نجاح الدفع، بينما تخضع بعض المنتجات أو الاشتراكات التي تتطلب إعدادًا أو مراجعة يدوية للمدة المحددة في صفحة المنتج.
🖥️ مسؤولية توافق النظام والجهاز
يتحمل العميل مسؤولية التأكد من أن جهازه ونظام التشغيل والمواصفات الفنية تلبي متطلبات المنتج قبل الشراء.
🔐 نطاق وضوابط استخدام الترخيص
يخضع استخدام البرنامج لشروط الناشر أو صاحب الحقوق والقيود الموضحة في صفحة المنتج. يحظر إعادة بيع أو مشاركة أو إعادة توزيع التراخيص بطريقة غير مصرح بها.
♾️ التراخيص الدائمة Lifetime / Perpetual
وصف الترخيص بأنه Lifetime أو Perpetual يعبر عن طبيعة الترخيص وفق شروط الناشر، ولا يعني ضمان استبدال تجاري مفتوح مدى الحياة من المتجر. ويخضع ضمان التفعيل للمدة والشروط الموضحة في سياسة الاسترجاع والاسترداد.
💳 وضوح الأسعار
تظهر أسعار المنتجات والمعلومات المتعلقة بالطلب بوضوح قبل إتمام الدفع، ويتم توضيح أي رسوم أو شروط إضافية قبل الشراء.
الاسترجاع والاستبدال وحقوق العميل
🛠️ ضمان مشاكل التفعيل لمدة 7 أيام
إذا واجه العميل مشكلة في تفعيل المنتج خلال 7 أيام من التسليم، يرجى التواصل مع الدعم الفني لمحاولة معالجة المشكلة. وقد يشمل الحل الاستبدال أو الاسترداد للحالات المؤهلة وفق سياسة الاسترجاع والاسترداد.
✅ المنتجات الرقمية بعد التفعيل
نظرًا لطبيعة المنتجات الرقمية، قد لا يكون الإلغاء أو الاسترداد متاحًا بعد تسليم أو كشف مفتاح التفعيل بنجاح، بحسب نوع المنتج والسياسة المعمول بها، دون المساس بأي حقوق قانونية إلزامية للعميل.

الملكية الفكرية وإخلاء مسؤولية العلامات التجارية
🔒 حقوق محتوى المتجر
محتوى وتصميمات وعناصر العلامة التجارية الخاصة بمتجر CrezyKey مملوكة أو مرخصة للجهة المشغلة للمتجر، ولا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة استخدامها دون تصريح مناسب.
🏷️ إخلاء مسؤولية العلامات التجارية
Microsoft وWindows وOffice وAdobe وAutodesk وKaspersky وغيرها من الأسماء والشعارات هي علامات تجارية مملوكة لأصحابها. تستخدم أسماء المنتجات في المتجر للتعريف بها ووصفها فقط، ولا تعني وجود ملكية أو تأييد أو تمثيل رسمي حصري ما لم يذكر ذلك صراحة.
🚫 الاستخدامات المحظورة
يحظر استخدام الموقع أو المنتجات بطريقة تخالف القوانين أو شروط التراخيص، بما في ذلك القرصنة أو تجاوز آليات التفعيل أو إعادة توزيع التراخيص بطريقة غير مصرح بها.
⚖️ حدود المسؤولية
في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا يكون المتجر مسؤولًا عن الأضرار غير المباشرة الناتجة عن سوء الاستخدام أو التثبيت غير الصحيح أو استخدام المنتج في بيئة غير مدعومة، دون المساس بالحقوق القانونية التي لا يجوز استبعادها.

Orders & Commercial Contract
Order Placement & Confirmation
When a customer submits and pays for an order, the order is recorded by the store. Processing takes place after successful payment and order confirmation.
Order Review or Cancellation
We may cancel or suspend an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, payment verification failure, or suspected unauthorized payment activity. If cancelled before fulfillment, payment will be handled according to the applicable payment method and store policy.
Accuracy of Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and current information, particularly a valid email address and phone number required for communication and delivery.
Legal Capacity & Payment Authorization
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have the required legal capacity and are authorized to use the payment method used for the transaction.

💻 License Specifications
Product pages provide relevant license information, including version type, activation method, compatibility, technical requirements and validity period where applicable.
📧 Digital Delivery
Products are delivered electronically through email or order details without physical shipping. Most products are delivered electronically after successful payment. Products requiring account linking, special setup or manual review are delivered within the timeframe stated on the relevant product page.
🖥️ Compatibility & Technical Requirements
Customers are responsible for checking that their device, operating system and technical specifications meet the product requirements before purchase.
🔐 License Use
Software use is subject to the applicable publisher or rights-holder terms and the restrictions stated on the product page. Unauthorized resale, sharing or redistribution of licenses is prohibited.
♾️ Lifetime / Perpetual Licenses
"Lifetime" or "Perpetual" describes the licensing nature stated for the relevant product and publisher terms. It does not create an unlimited lifetime commercial replacement warranty from CrezyKey. Activation support is subject to the applicable warranty and refund policy.
💳 Transparent Pricing
Product prices and relevant order information are displayed before payment. Any applicable fees or conditions are disclosed before the purchase is completed.
Refunds, Replacements & Customer Rights
🛠️ 7-Day Activation Support
If a customer experiences an activation issue within 7 days of delivery, they should contact support so the issue can be investigated and resolved. Eligible cases may result in a replacement or refund according to the applicable policy.
✅ Successfully Activated Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, cancellation or refund may not be available after successful delivery or exposure of an activation key, depending on the product and applicable policy, without prejudice to mandatory customer rights.

Customers must not use the store or products in violation of applicable laws or license terms, including piracy, activation bypass or unauthorized redistribution.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the store is not responsible for indirect damages resulting from misuse, incorrect installation or use in an unsupported environment, without limiting mandatory legal rights.
