يتم تشغيل متجر كريزي كي – CrezyKey بواسطة شركة رواء الرقمية التجارية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
🛒 ما الذي نبيعه
نبيع البرامج والتراخيص والمنتجات الرقمية، بما في ذلك منتجات Windows وOffice وبرامج الحماية والتطبيقات المهنية. ما لم تنص صفحة المنتج صراحةً على غير ذلك، لا يعني عرض أي منتج وجود اعتماد أو شراكة مباشرة مع ناشر البرنامج.

⚖️ الأنظمة المطبقة
تخضع عمليات المتجر وشروط الاستخدام للأنظمة واللوائح المطبقة في المملكة العربية السعودية، مع مراعاة الحقوق النظامية للمستهلك التي لا يجوز التنازل عنها.
الطلبات وتكوين العقد
إتمام الطلب
عند الضغط على زر إتمام الطلب، فإنك تقدم طلبًا لشراء المنتج. يتم تأكيد الطلب بعد نجاح عملية الدفع وإرسال إشعار أو رسالة تأكيد الطلب.
حق رفض أو إلغاء الطلب
يجوز لنا رفض أو إلغاء الطلب عند وجود سبب مشروع، مثل عدم توفر المنتج، وجود مشكلة في الدفع، أو الاشتباه في عملية احتيالية أو استخدام غير مشروع. إذا تم إلغاء طلب مدفوع من جانب المتجر قبل تسليم المنتج أو تفعيله، تتم إعادة المبلغ المدفوع إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية، ويخضع وقت ظهور المبلغ لمدة معالجة مزود الدفع أو البنك.
صحة البيانات
يجب تقديم معلومات صحيحة وكاملة عند إتمام الطلب، بما في ذلك بريد إلكتروني صالح لاستلام المنتجات الرقمية وبيانات الطلب.
الأهلية للشراء
يجب أن يكون المشتري مؤهلًا نظاميًا لإتمام عملية الشراء واستخدام وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة في الطلب، أو مخولًا باستخدامها.
المنتجات والتسليم
💻 منتجات وبرامج رقمية
توضح صفحة كل منتج نوع المنتج، عدد الأجهزة المسموح به، طريقة التسليم، متطلبات التوافق، ومدة أو شروط التفعيل المطبقة عليه.
📧 تسليم رقمي فقط – بدون رسوم شحن
يتم تسليم المنتجات إلكترونيًا، ولا يتم شحن منتجات مادية. رسوم الشحن المادي هي 0.00 . وتطبق مدة التسليم الموضحة في سياسة التسليم أو صفحة المنتج.
🖥️ مسؤولية التوافق
تقع على العميل مسؤولية التحقق من توافق المنتج مع الجهاز ونظام التشغيل والمتطلبات الفنية قبل الشراء.
🔐 نطاق الترخيص
يتم تحديد عدد الأجهزة المسموح بها، وطريقة ربط الترخيص بالحساب، ومدة الترخيص، وإمكانية النقل – إن وجدت – في صفحة المنتج. لا يجوز إعادة بيع أو توزيع مفاتيح الترخيص إلا إذا كان ذلك مسموحًا صراحةً.
♾️ التراخيص الدائمة (Perpetual / Lifetime)
مصطلح «دائم» أو «مدى الحياة» يصف نوع الترخيص ومدة حق الاستخدام وفق وصف المنتج وشروط الناشر، ولا يعني ضمان استبدال أو استرداد مدى الحياة من CrezyKey. ضمان التفعيل التجاري من المتجر للحالات المؤهلة هو 7 أيام وفق سياسة الضمان والاسترجاع، وانتهاء هذه المدة لا يعني انتهاء صلاحية الترخيص الدائم.
💳 الأسعار والدفع
تظهر الأسعار ورسوم الطلب – إن وجدت – بوضوح قبل إتمام الدفع. يجب استكمال عملية الدفع بنجاح قبل تنفيذ التسليم الرقمي.
الاسترجاع وحقوق العميل
🛠️ معالجة المنتج غير الصالح
إذا كان المنتج الرقمي غير صالح أو تعذر تفعيله ولم يتمكن فريق الدعم من حل المشكلة، تتم معالجة الحالة وفق سياسة الاسترجاع والاسترداد، وقد يشمل الحل الدعم الفني أو الاستبدال أو الاسترداد حسب الحالة.
✅ التفعيل الناجح
بعد نجاح تفعيل مفتاح الترخيص، لا يتم إصدار استرداد أو استبدال لمجرد تغيير الرأي أو عدم الحاجة إلى المنتج. ولا يمنع ذلك مراجعة عيب جوهري لاحق، أو عدم مطابقة للوصف، أو توقف خدمة محددة المدة قبل نهاية المدة المباعة لأسباب لا تعود للعميل، مع عدم الإخلال بالحقوق النظامية التي تنطبق على الحالة.
📋 الإبلاغ عن المشكلة
عند وجود مشكلة، يرجى التواصل معنا وتزويدنا برقم الطلب، ورسالة الخطأ، والخطوات التي تم تنفيذها لمحاولة التفعيل. راجع سياسة الاسترجاع والاسترداد للتفاصيل الكاملة.
الملكية الفكرية والاستخدام الممنوع
🔒 ملكية محتوى المتجر
تعود حقوق محتوى المتجر وتصميماته وعناصره المملوكة إلى أصحابها أو الجهات المرخصة باستخدامها. كما تظل العلامات التجارية وأسماء البرامج وحقوق الملكية الخاصة بجهات النشر مملوكة لأصحابها.
🚫 الأنشطة الممنوعة
لا يجوز إعادة بيع أو توزيع أو مشاركة مفاتيح التراخيص المشتراة إذا لم تسمح شروط المنتج بذلك، كما يحظر استخدام المنتجات أو المتجر في أي نشاط غير مشروع.
📋 الاستخدام المسموح
تستخدم التراخيص وفق نطاق الاستخدام وعدد الأجهزة وشروط المنتج الموضحة في صفحة المنتج أو تعليمات ناشر البرنامج.
⚖️ حدود المسؤولية
في الحدود التي يسمح بها النظام، لا نتحمل الخسائر غير المباشرة أو العرضية الناتجة عن سوء الاستخدام أو عدم توافق المنتج مع بيئة لا تستوفي متطلباته، دون الإخلال بالحقوق النظامية للعميل.
الخصوصية وحماية البيانات
🔐 معالجة البيانات
تتم معالجة البيانات الشخصية اللازمة لتشغيل المتجر وتنفيذ الطلب والدفع والتسليم والدعم والأمان وفق سياسة الخصوصية والأنظمة المطبقة.
📄 البيانات التي نستخدمها
قد نستخدم الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني وبيانات الفوترة والطلب والمعلومات اللازمة لخدمة العميل. لا يقوم متجرنا بتخزين الرقم الكامل للبطاقة البنكية على خوادمه.
🤝 مزودو الخدمات
لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية. وقد تتم مشاركة البيانات الضرورية مع مزودي الدفع والاستضافة والبريد والتحليلات والأمان والدعم عند الحاجة لتشغيل المتجر وتنفيذ الطلبات.

⚖️ Applicable Rules
Store operations and these terms are subject to the applicable laws and regulations of Saudi Arabia, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply to the transaction.
Orders & Contract
Placing an Order
When you place an order, you submit a request to purchase the selected product. The order is confirmed after successful payment and issuance of an order confirmation notice or email.
Right to Refuse or Cancel
We may refuse or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including product unavailability, a payment issue, suspected fraud, or suspected unlawful use. If the store cancels a paid order before the product has been delivered or activated, the amount paid will be returned to the original payment method, and the time for the funds to appear depends on the payment provider or bank.
Accurate Information
You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including a valid email address for digital delivery and order communications.
Purchase Eligibility
You must be legally eligible to complete the purchase and authorized to use the payment method submitted with the order.
Products & Delivery
💻 Digital Software Products
Each product page describes the product type, permitted number of devices, delivery method, compatibility requirements, and applicable activation duration or terms.
📧 Digital-Only Delivery – No Shipping Fee
Products are delivered electronically and no physical goods are shipped. The physical shipping fee is SAR 0.00. The delivery timeframe stated in the Delivery Policy or the relevant product page applies.
🖥️ Compatibility Responsibility
You are responsible for verifying product compatibility with your device, operating system, and technical requirements before purchasing.
🔐 License Scope
The permitted number of devices, account-linking method, license duration, and transferability – where applicable – are stated on the product page. Reselling or distributing license keys is prohibited unless expressly permitted.
♾️ Perpetual / Lifetime Licenses
The terms “Perpetual” or “Lifetime” describe the license type and permitted duration of use under the product description and publisher terms. They do not mean a lifetime replacement or refund warranty from CrezyKey. The store's commercial activation warranty for eligible cases is 7 days under the Warranty and Return & Refund Policies, and the end of that period does not mean that a perpetual license expires.
💳 Pricing & Payment
Prices and any applicable order charges are shown clearly before payment is completed. Payment must be successfully completed before digital delivery is fulfilled.
Refunds & Customer Rights
🛠️ Defective Product Resolution
If a digital product is invalid or cannot be activated and our support team cannot resolve the issue, the case is handled under our Return & Refund Policy and may include troubleshooting, replacement, or refund as applicable.
✅ Successful Activation
After a license key has been successfully activated, no refund or replacement is issued solely because of a change of mind or because the product is no longer needed. This does not prevent review of a later material defect, material non-conformity, or premature interruption of a time-bound service for reasons not attributable to the customer, without limiting any mandatory rights that apply to the case.

Intellectual Property & Prohibited Use
🔒 Store Content
Rights in store content, design elements, and materials belong to their respective owners or authorized licensors. Publisher trademarks, software names, and related intellectual-property rights remain the property of their respective owners.
🚫 Prohibited Activities
You must not resell, redistribute, or share purchased license keys where the product terms do not permit it, and you must not use the products or the store for unlawful activity.
📋 Permitted Use
Licenses must be used within the permitted use, device allowance, and product terms stated on the product page or in the publisher's instructions.
⚖️ Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or incidental losses arising from misuse or incompatibility with an environment that does not meet the stated requirements, without limiting mandatory customer rights.
Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data necessary to operate the store, process payment, fulfill orders, provide delivery and support, and maintain security is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable requirements.
📄 Data We Use
We may use your name, email address, billing and order information, and other information necessary to serve you. Our store does not store full payment-card numbers on its servers.
🤝 Service Providers
We do not sell personal data. Necessary information may be shared with payment, hosting, email, analytics, security, and support providers when required to operate the store and fulfill orders.
