Policy at a Glance
Nature of Products
All items are digital activation keys or codes. Returns are not accepted once a code has been displayed or delivered, except in the cases outlined in this policy.
Activation Guarantee
- If a key is invalid, already redeemed, or the product is not as described in terms of platform, region, or edition, the first option is a replacement where an equivalent alternative is available. A full refund is used where a suitable replacement is unavailable or the issue cannot be resolved.
- Claim window: within 7 days of purchase.
- The activation guarantee covers verification that the code is valid at first activation only. It does not cover later changes or restrictions imposed by the software owner or publisher.
How to Request a Replacement or Refund
Cancellation Before Delivery
If the code has not been displayed or delivered yet, you may cancel the order for a full refund.
Not Covered
- A wrong region, edition, or platform purchased contrary to the product page.
- Device or software incompatibility, or unmet requirements; please review them before purchase.
- A violation of platform terms or sharing the code after it has been displayed.
- A change of mind, an accidental purchase, or no longer needing the product after digital delivery.
Vouchers & Gift Cards
- Codes are case-sensitive and should be entered exactly as shown.
- Once displayed in your account or sent by email or SMS, vouchers and gift cards are non-returnable unless invalid.
Subscriptions
- Subscription time starts from code delivery or activation.
- No compensation is available for unused time after code delivery.
- Some items may be pre-activated or issued; once delivered or activated, they are non-returnable unless invalid or not as described.
“Lifetime” Keys
For products such as Windows and Office, we provide a 7-day activation guarantee from the activation date, provided there is no violation of the manufacturer’s policies. “Lifetime” refers to the license terms set by the software owner or publisher; it is not a perpetual guarantee from CrezyKey.

للمنتجات الرقمية — نلتزم بضمان التفعيل عبر الاستبدال أو الاسترداد الكامل للأكواد غير الصالحة أو المخالفة للوصف.
ملخص السياسة
طبيعة المنتجات
جميع منتجاتنا مفاتيح أو أكواد تفعيل رقمية. لا نقبل الإرجاع بعد عرض أو تسليم الكود، باستثناء الحالات المبينة في هذه السياسة.
ضمان التفعيل
- إذا كان الكود غير صالح أو مستخدمًا مسبقًا، أو كان المنتج مخالفًا للوصف من حيث المنصة أو المنطقة أو الإصدار، فإن الاستبدال هو الخيار الأول عند توفر بديل مطابق. ويُستخدم الاسترداد الكامل عندما لا يتوفر بديل مناسب أو يتعذر حل المشكلة.
- فترة المطالبة: خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الشراء.
- يقتصر ضمان التفعيل على التحقق من صلاحية الكود عند التفعيل الأول فقط، ولا يشمل التغييرات أو القيود التي قد تفرضها الشركة المالكة أو الناشرة للبرنامج بعد ذلك.
كيفية تقديم طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترداد
الإلغاء قبل التسليم
إذا لم يتم عرض أو تسليم الكود بعد، يمكنك إلغاء الطلب واسترداد المبلغ كاملًا.
حالات غير مغطّاة
- شراء منطقة أو إصدار أو منصة غير مطابقة لما هو موضح بصفحة المنتج.
- عدم توافق الجهاز أو النظام أو عدم تلبية متطلبات التشغيل؛ يرجى التحقق قبل الشراء.
- مخالفة شروط استخدام المنصة أو مشاركة الكود بعد عرضه.
- تغيير الرأي بعد الشراء، أو شراء المنتج بالخطأ، أو عدم الحاجة إليه لاحقًا بعد التسليم الرقمي.
القسائم والبطاقات الرقمية
- الأكواد حساسة لحالة الأحرف، لذا يرجى إدخالها كما هي.
- القسائم والبطاقات الرقمية المعروضة في حسابك أو المرسلة بالبريد أو الرسائل النصية غير قابلة للإرجاع إلا إذا كانت غير صالحة.
الاشتراكات الرقمية
- تبدأ مدة الاشتراك من وقت تسليم الكود أو التفعيل.
- لا يوجد تعويض عن مدة غير مستخدمة بعد تسليم الكود.
- قد تكون بعض العناصر مفعّلة أو مُصدرة مسبقًا؛ وبعد التسليم أو التفعيل لا تقبل الإرجاعات إلا إذا كانت غير صالحة أو مخالفة للوصف.
مفاتيح «مدى الحياة»
بالنسبة لمنتجات مثل Windows وOffice، نوفر ضمان تفعيل لمدة 7 أيام من تاريخ التفعيل، بشرط عدم مخالفة سياسات الشركة المصنعة. ويقصد بعبارة «مدى الحياة» ما يحدده ترخيص الشركة المالكة أو الناشرة للبرنامج، وليست ضمانًا أبديًا من CrezyKey.
